Incredibly impressed by quality and service- was sent a text message with the tracking info shortly after the package label was created stating the probable day of delivery. Even with the cheapest shipping option, the packaging was extremely well-done, lined with 1" styrofoam, a heat pack (still warm upon arrival), and some paper for stability. The fish (a small-ish woodcat) was triple-bagged in thick plastic that was melted shut at the edges, and there was no leaking whatsoever. Fish was in amazing shape despite being (presumably) a larger rheophilic species, and I received a different species than what I had ordered (EFS is known for occasionally sending out different wood catfish species, but whenever they do it almost always ends up being a rarer species than the listed fish); still figuring out the ID but incredibly pleased with what I was sent. Would 100% recommend them and will buy fish from them again.

Incredible selection, first of all, matched with impeccable shipping tecnnique, and personal, individusl service. Doesn't get beeter than this, folks.

I had to take the time to once again Praise Exotic Fish Shop ....I have ordered many times a number of Geophagus' and other various fish ....I just received a Green Terror which once again surpassed my expectations ...the fish is beautiful , healthy eating well (within an hour after receiving), and I couldn't be happier .....Steve does a wonderful job and I highly recommend Exotic.

I ordered a Ctenopoma occellatum from Steve recently. I had some questions about if it was wild caught and what locality it came from since this is a rare fish I don't often see in the aquarium trade.
