Eels

Eels are any ray finned fish belonging to the Anguilliformes family. They have long snake like bodies. Eels range in color from drab gray/ black in deep sea species to colorful with patterns in tropical reef species.

They are in general hardy bottom feeders. They can adapt to most aquarium conditions. Some eels are good jumpers and, additionally, great escape artists
